Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam [RVUNL] — electricity complaint - k no.[protected]conspiracy to disconnect my electricity)

Respected Sir,
I am writing this mail to all you senior officials in the hope of justice. I also tried to contact electricity board customer care and provide the feedback to them. But seem no satisfactory response is coming from there.

And I suspect, If you order for core investigation, the AEN Palini and JE might be found involve in the conspiracy to disconnect my electricity connection.

AEN Pilani and AEN Surender ([protected], [protected]) from Bhuvana under khetri, district - Jhunjhunu might be involve in this conspiracy to disconnect this connection illegally to use their power in the electricity department.

This is to bring to your notice that I am Rajender Singh S/o Shri Ramji lal having electricity connection (K No.[protected], Khata No. 2214-199 in the name of Ramji lal). There is no electricity from last 5 days (from 15th January 2018) at my place. When I got to know the reason from Pliani electricity board office, Senior official AEN refer that my electricity bill is due for payment. I immediately paid amount inclusive current month payment of Rs. 8124/-. On asking the duplicate Electricity Bills of last of two months, which I have not received till date, they refused to provide the same and told me to talk to AEN officials for duplicate bills.

When I went to AEN Officer, he ignored my request and did not receive & acknowledge my application for issue of duplicate bills of last two months. After that, I contacted Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Customer Helpline No. to provide me duplicate bill and repair my faulty line. They assure me to send the line man to rectify the issue as soon as possible.

After few hours, one Junior Engineer (Contact No.: [protected]) contacted me to verify the location. Later, when I tried to know the status of the complaint, the engineer replied me that AEN Sir (Senior Official) told him to hold the complaint and he also told me that you did not pay a receipt of Rs. 600/-, which they did not receive at the time of bill payment of Rs. 8124/-, which I also tried to paid as I get to know the process. But they refuse to take the receipt payment Rs.600/-

I suspect that somebody from outside are trying to disconnect the electricity connection intentionally or they are using their power to hold my complaint.

Due to all this situation, my whole seasonal crop will be damaged if I unable to water in the crop field for next one to two days, due to electricity problem and it will be my huge loss. This is the only source of income to me.

I am asking some questions through you –

1. Why they did not send me notice before disconnection?

2. Why they did not accept Rs. 600/- receipt amount for the re-connection?

3. Why they refuse to provide me duplicate bills, is this not consumer right to ask for duplicate bill copy?

4. Why they did not accept my application request for rectify the connection after due payment?

5. Why the Junior Engineer was trying to hide his identity, when I asked his name?

6. My complaint No.[protected] dated 17.01.2018 status is still pending and nobody is giving me any updates.

7. Because of above all, if I lose my crop then this must be recover from the responsible people who involve in this conspiracy.

Please take this issue seriously and take appropriate action to solve my problem as soon as possible, otherwise I will go through a big loss due to seasonal crop damage.
