Hlw sir,
I applied duplicate marksheet on 15, 17 june 2023 on rtu online portal. Rtu claimed that approx 15 days recieved copy of marksheet but approx one month occurred and I tracked on online portal rtu eBuddy app . It shows that your application is processing of 1 month . I try to Rtu helpline number but not received so plz resolved it because i have to join for the job in 15 days
