Rajasthan Technical University, Kota — Fee deduction from my bank account 3 times without giving me any token number

While paying fee to apply for reap (rajasthan engineering admission process) 2016, i was asked to pay application fee and for the same, i gave my bank details as i selected to pay through debit card, they deducted the application fee 3 times without giving me any token number.
Total loss sufferd= 706*3 = rs.2118.
I even filled the form of refund, which they asked for, but they have not refunded yet. and they are not answering to my mails too.
