Rajasthan Technical University — Regarding consolidate marksheet and provisional degree certificate

I hvae filled the online form of getting the consolidate marksheet and provisonal degree certificate on 24th january 2022, its been more than 15 days and i didnt have any update regarding my documents . I had called several times on the contact numbers given on RTU officia website but no one is recieving the call. What am i suppose to do?
