Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University — degree certificate and provisional certificate not received

Hello Sir,

I have been completed by MBA in JRN Rajastan Vidyapeeth University by distance Education. in 2017.

I have not received Degree Certificate and Provision Certificate till now.

My Enrollment ID : DE21533335

I try to contact but no response from University am in located in Tamilnadu due to Covid situation i cant directly go to university to check this. Please help me to resolve this concern.
