Sir, I am Shashi Gupta ( w/of late shri Dinesh Kumar Gupta ) age 55 . Sir, I am extremely disturbed from my relative Mr Rajesh Gupta and Mrs Sunita Gupta who are doing illegal construction on the ground floor of 22/1 Krishna Market, Main Bazaar, Pahar Ganj, New Delhi -110055 . He is digging and making a basement which has caused a lot of damage to my property . He is doing illegal coconstruction at the said property without passing Map from the MCD authority . And he openly says he has a setting with deputy commissioner and MCD and will bribe them . He has also threatened us for our lives if we dare to inform about this illegal activity to MCD officers or Police. Sir, I am living with my only son ( Mohit Gupta ), who is studying and I am the only one earning for my family. We are really scared from them and my building can also fall because of his illegal construction. You are requested to take strict action against them . Regards Shashi Gupta [protected]
