Bses — High mast pole

High mast pole installed in a-block park, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi-110027, is not working for more than a week, complete dark in park in night. Possibilities of crime, such as chain snatching, molesting, theft and burglary can not be ruled out. Families of the local residents are scared to move in the park, road and lanes because the anti social aliments get active in the night and make full use of darkness, more over the surrounding roads of park and streets are accident prone therefore there are ample possibilities of accident may occur at any time....

I have tried so many times to contact bses customer care number. However they r useless number, always line busy. Diagiating. Did so many mails to aap, did complaints in different forums n to bses, get nothing in return. Nobody is taking responsibility for this. Whom i contact. I live in aya nagar new delhi 110047. Why am i paying taxes n all and for what, what i'm getting in return. I request you to please do something about it....

I am a resident of ganesh nagar 2nd, opp. Krishna mandir, near vinayak stationer centre, shakarpur, delhi area, we have been facing a severe problem of power cuts last 4 days continuously in night. A power cut about 6 to 7 hour regularly done of last 4 days, this usually started around 10:30pm and goes on for the rest of the morning at 4.00 am. It causes a lot of problems for everyone and all the more for working class as we end up going to work sleep deprived. Please look into this matter where the electricity pole is running overload nd due to this the power trips continues after 30-40 min we complained a lot but no resolution given yet, 37 connections is being running in one electricity pole and due to this we are facing too much difficulties whole day so writing to you with some hope that you will fix this problem at earliest.

Dear sir,
It's day 2 while i called in bses customer care to know the status of electricity restoration.
During that on day 1 executive told me there is a fault in line at my street level and after disconnecting call electricity get restored. On day 2 executive gives same answer and told me it will be restored in 2 hour after complaint. But they are not revealing exact scenario. Its happening in bhajnapura street no 6.

My self Manjeet Singh.At 10:00pm I call so many times in your call center but call disconnected.At 12:01am I talk with customer care about no supply in my area.They told me at 3:00am your supply is continue.I wait but nothing is regular .Then I make a call again.He told me there is no update for this.I register my complaint and ask him to mail me about this and also ask him to give me the mail id of bses to complaint that person but he transfer the call in feedback. I make a another call to talk with senior .He transfer my call to senior department.I told him everything...

It is already requested and made a complaint to bses rajdhani power limited with complaint number 1013458386 that there is some issues with lookwise as well as with genuine seal of the meter box number 13397753, but no one is even trying to resolve the issue of changing of meter box.

This is to inform that usha bansal w/o kailash bansal ca no.102549760 and 150954009 staying at h. No. 118, gali no. 6/2, m.D. Marg, west gopal nagar, najafgarh, new delhi is involved in electricity stolen activity since a long time. They are using a jumper wire below meter in night after 8 pm to 6-7 am in both of the meters.
Usha bansal is using 2 big ac, desert cooler, several fans, tvs, washing machine, refrigerator and several other eletrical appliances in her two storey house by stealing electricity in night time.

This complaint is against meter seal .The meter is in the name of Mr. Subodh Kumar...CA No. 103150404 F-32 Hastsal vihar, uttam nagar Near holy chowk shri shiv shakti hanuman mandir..i don't know how it was broken...i also complaint against it on 14 may 2015..but thet workers did not replace it ...I'm requesting you to please take an immediate action against it...replace the meter seal as soon as possible.

I made a request to BSES Rajdhani Power Limited @ 24/11/2014 regarding Name change & submitted all demanded documents to BSES representative who collected and verified, afterwards they had given me assurance that in next billing it will be changed soon. But since then tehere has been no progress in my request's processing.
