Rajesh — Iam complaining about passport document verification

I have completed my document verification on 20th April 2022.But i didn't received any mail regarding acknowledgement slip after completing document verification. I got a message on the next day stating that "you have missed your appointment.you can reschedule now". Could you please help me with the next process because till now i followed every step clearly and i didn't miss any document too.
