Rajesh — Keyboard Not working in New S145 Ideapad

I have purchased new S145 IdeaPad Ryzen in April 2021. Keyboard Not working properly since 4 months. I have sent 15 mails to Lenovo customer care but no action taken yet. Please solve the problem.
