Rajeswari — Fraud from haier ac

Updated by Dipeshwar Dayal Seth 1.1. purchased 13.07.2017 haier AC from sathya agencies, perungudi, bill no:[protected], value Rs:25, 010.
2. Malfunctioning from day on. inspite of repeated compliants from to customer care, no action taken.
3. We are runnning the hostel, in chennai heat 40 degree, there fore Ac for regular uses. inspite of all the and things no support and replacement from haier.
4. verge of business closures and economic shut down, due to haier Ac with the effort demand 25 lakhs, therefore request the compensation for the same.
5. We also called Ms. poornima, Mr.Kanagaraj, Mr.chandra mohan, more than fifty times, i request them to kindly help us. they did not respond.
therefore we hold them responsible.
6. otherwise we will take the matter to the press in chennai. who will publish this and haier loose business.
7. Matter already submitted to consumer court.
