Rajinder Singh — Pcm problem in new figo run only 34000 km

I'm rajinder and owning figo.in the month of sep 2014 my car run 34000km.4 oct 2016 servicing in harpreet for moti nagar. Last night engine not work automatic. I call in harpreet ford (Moti nagar) but they are not provide any solution my problem. Next day i send my car in service center for checkup. He said pcm (Car engine part) is damage and your car out of warranty. What is this. Ford company is low category part use in car engines. Now 34000km only running. I'm use ford fiesta 2007 model his pcm now workink. Why 2014 model figo pcm damage. Please clear. If you have no any solution my this problem then i fire this bad car 2nd your helpline numbers not call back very bad service ford company
