[Resolved]  Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya [RGPV] — Degree delayed

I have applied for Bachelor of Engineering Degree in RGPV University BHOPAL on 12/11/2022 [ONLINE]

They told me that my degree will be dispatched within 3 months.

I have not received the degree yet and when I tried calling on the number provided on their website it's unreachable and call disconnects most of the times.

I need degree urgently but their is no response from university.
Strict action should be taken against the staff members who are responsible for this to make system effective. I am attaching rgpv online payment receipt for your reference.
So you are requested to please dispatch my degree as soon as possible.

It will be great if some one can help me out of this.
