Dear Sir,
I have registered a complaint regrading 'pedestal havells fan' break down. The fan had a little problem with motor which was not working properly, although its making sound. After complaint through customer care the regional (Manchiryal from Telangsna Dealer) sent a mechanic (from Normal, Telangana) to the house. The mechanic without informing prior problem and price of repair he fixed the motor without our knowledge. He completed the task with in 20 minutes. Since the warranty was expired we thought of paying money. After that the mechanic immediately asked OTP and demanded Rs.1500 rupees. In the beginning we insisted to pay since it was much higher than the actual rate. But, the mechanic and dealer continuously demanded Rs.1500. Thus, we reluctantly gave the money even though we were not satisfied with the repair work. Moreover, the mechanic took away the old motor and finally we had to pay Rs.1200. We felt very bad about the repairment and money. So, please do respond in this matter. Thanking you.
