Hi, I went to your company showroom in raja garden New delhi to purchase RAK tiles for my office.
I was attended by Rahul employee - Sales person.Ridhi Sidhi was the name of the showroom.
His initial attitude was very rude, still I was interested in your product so I ordered.
Different colour of tiles was received and upon calling many times He did not cater to my problem and was very rude.
What I ordered I had pictures of it . Tiles was beige in colour. But I received grey colour and when I told him he refused to accept his fault & said company policy is that colour might vary on selection and sending tile to consumer.
This is how your reputed company deal with customers . Any person can clearly stand out difference between Beige & Grey colour . The problem is that he totally refused to accept his fault & blamed me for not having enough knowladge about tiles. Though I purchased from some other store of other brand in Beige colour, the idea about my writing is that If your company is big enough then you should also cater to customers also.I seriously want you to take action against Rahul so that he cannot fool other customers like me & eventually destroying your company prestige.
