Hi Rak ceramics, This is vamsi krishna from visakhapatnam, Andhrapradesh. We are residing in utkarsha abodes, bakkannapalem, madhurwada, visakhapatnam which is having 85 flats all together. It has been 2 years your products has been installed. From last few months we are facing leakage issue in our comodes frequently. We about to reach your service person, but no one responding and doing service. I hope your product have good demand in market, but providing this type of service leads to bad name. Please take this as a note and assign good team to resolve the issue as soon as possible. This issue make our 85 flats residents to face water issues because of water drain in overhead tanks daily.
