I bought RAK WC Victoria last year from Citizen bath gallery Barola sector 49 Noida. And since than its not functioning properly. I complained to Citizen bath Gallery and they detailed Mr Azad to rectify the fault .
It is pertinent to mention here that since last year he has visited more than 6 times but fault is not yet rectified.
This particular RAK WC is not able to cllear waste in one go, since it's installation one has to flush twice or thrice to clear the waste.
And every time Mr Azad failed to get it rectified.
On 19th Jan 2021 he made a video a of RAK WC and alongwith that video he sent email but I don't know what he has mentioned in mail but the reply I was told by mr Azad is absolutely your I repeat YOUR FIGMENT OF IMAGINATION that some sanitary napkin or something like cotton has stuck up.
Let me clarify that men don't get periods or menses as this toilet is used by ME only. My wife who's age is 50 plus uses other toilet . The reply by RAK is not acceptable and before I go to consumer court against RAK and Citizen Bath Gallery sector 49 Noida. I request you to get this toilet seat exchanged as your product is absolutely useless.
