Rak Ceramics — Premium quality product has flaws

I buy tiles for my house from RK Marbels cutter, Handiya Road, Barnala. As i told them the 2-3 pieces are not of the gold quality that is they are having black spots and so they send one of the guy to check and then a other one and since then no progress till now.

I have purchased a western closet with attached water tank and seat cover from Kohinoor Electricals Changanacherry, Kottayam, Kerala . But before one year crack developed on the closet and seat.I coplained and I got a regn.0005348 with Mr Nishaa as contact Officer on[protected].But not responded till to date. Kindly redress it.
