I have ordered a product of rupee 699/- and order number is RB-[protected] date on 8, August 2016, after cancelled this product I did not receive refund till now. I call the customer care and complaint daily they tell me we will refund soon but I am not get my money back. Please do query and take some action on this fake site...thank you

I orderd a rakhi with rakhi bazaar and it was not delivered in time. so i ask them to refund, they said my refund will be process in 7 to 10 days time but yet its been 2 months now no body is responding on what happened to my refund.

I ordered rakhi via order number RB[protected] to USA. They said it would be delivered by 25th August. However no status was there till 25th. And on 26th it showed delivery date as 29th August. What is the point of delivering after Rakhi???? I paid Rs. 2000 for 2 rakhi and small box of sweets which is not even worth the price. I want the refund.
I ordered rakhi online from them as I stay in Canada and my brother stays in India. I ordered one month in advance and they failed to deliver. Horrible service, on top of that they do not reply to emails and they did not refund my money. Its a scam website and should be closed down!
