I would like to inform you that, my self KASHINATH BAURI. I have one policy of you company. Tha transaction number is M58202729pnba debited by December 2020.

I future inform you that, I have submit one clam on this policy. But till now I am not get clam money from company side. And I also frustrated and manipulated from company agent.

I hereby request you to kindly settlement my clam, as soon as possible. Please help me IT IS VERY URGENT.
