Raksha Health Insurance TPA — I don't get the claimed money(claimed received at their end on 19/01/2021) for my father's eye operation.

I had claimed reimbursement of expenses for my father's eye operation on 31/12/2020 and the claimed documents received at their Guwahati office on 19th January, 2021. I am an employee of PNB (Member Id- M[protected]PNBA). Till today i am not getting any amount of the reimbursement.
