Sir my member ID is UIC5454047IBAPB..I aM EMPLOYEE OF BARODA U.P BANK...I had sent all document for medical claim at 21 Dec 2020 to regional office Khalilabad but after some time my claim had query those document which I sent to regional office Khalilabad...my wife is suffering from cancer.I took claim before many time without any problem...plz sir solve my problem...my all original documents are lost by raksha tpa agent...🙏🙏 Was this information helpful? | |||
