Raksha Health Insurance TPA — Reimbursement pending for long time

Hello sir, my name is Bhupender, PNB employee posted at kahargpur circle, permanent resident Haryana Rohtak, my Member ID is M58343910PNBA, My Reimbursement pending for long, even after given all related documents. And same has been received by concerned office. Call frequently to number [protected], to my status of applications. Everytime customer representative said call me after 10min/15min/15 days, and also we are not getting your details right now, . I am a PNB bank employee. The process started from Feb2022, after that I have been asked for additional documents, which not submitted within due date, because far away from my hometown and the hospital, in July I have call to customer to reopen case for reimbursement, they said mail to [protected]@rakshatpa.com. i didn't get anyone reply. Lastly I have sent all required documents by post to the concerned office and received in sep22, i warned the customer executive i will complaint for the same, she said go and do complaint. Didn't provide any resolution. Closed without providing resolution. I think they didn't find my attachment, kindly forward it again to National insurance company. Previously I had explained what actually happened. Now again elaborate the same, I had submitted all related documents in Feb 2022, after 10 to 15, I got query regarding the same case. But on that time I was on duty in PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK, BO BAGASTI UNDER CO KHARAGPUR, which is nearly 1500 km away from my hometown VILL KALANAUR DISTT ROHTAK HARYANA. One i received a call, they ask me to submit related queries, i said that now I am far away from my hometown and the hospital it is impossible for to get related documents, sought by representative from insurance or Raksha TPA. She told me now I am closing this case, you can reopen it when you get same document. In July 2022, in next holiday period, i collect all documents, and call to RAKSHA TPA team, they provide me that you can mail it to [protected]@rakshatpa.com, i mailed to them to reopen my claim process, i didn't get any reply from mail. Finally I sent all original documents to raksha TPA team Kolkata, and same has been received by the raksha TPA in 14 sep 2022, tracking number id AWB NUMBER:[protected].
Now NIC replies that they didn't get any documents, so case has been closed. Kindly share all related attachment to Team NIC. Hoping for getting resolution faster. Thank you.
