Last year i had a heart operation and i had claimed partial amount from raksha tpa insurance company. My personal insurance company reimbursed rs 2 lakhs immediately and remaining amount of rs 50000 i wanted to get from this corporate insurance company. Though i had sent all the documents as required by the company, they 're sending mails each time ' insufficient document'.in spite of sending documents repeatedly, i didn't get my reimbursement at all. This company uses many weapons to deny the legitimate dues to its insurers. Due to their callousness, i suffered a lot. This is a wake up call to all before selecting their insurance companies.
