I have taken some space in rk techno towers of above builder. We have paid 95 percent of the cost. He is not completing the construction as per the defined timelines. As per the agreement he has to pay monthly payment to us till the handovering of the plot. But this person neither completing nor paying. He also neither registering the space on our name nor refunding the paid amount. Several times we called him but he is not responding. Pl do the needful Was this information helpful? |
