I have ordered a freedom mini cabinet on 12th Aug 23 from company on line. Received the item found to be defective and asked for replacement o 24th Aug 23. After quite a follow up they send the person for dismantling and packing on 29th and is in packed condition since then. They always say thet the courier partner will come and pick up the item since then. They also say that as per company policy only after picking up they can arrange for a replacement.. As a customer i am fed up of following up through mails but nothing is happening. One side you are hanging on to company procedure of only after picking up you can dispatch the replacement item and on the other side you are unable to pick the item .It ia almost a month since I paid for the item and still I am not able to use the item.
