Ramesh — Recharge Problem

I recharged the mobile with paytm from my net banking. Money was deducted from my account but mobile is not recharged. I raised the query for this issue. I got mail from paytm they said with in 7 days we resolved this. But it is not happened that way i am raising the complaint. Please do needful for me. I have all proofs.
