Bellow complaint i made in my base branch secunderabad clock tower last 3 weeks back but i did not received any mail communication from this branch please kindly do the need ful, please treat as urgent.

I like to bring you kind notice that i did not taken any auto loam from your bank but your reported to cibil that i have taken a auto loan (Loan no.Lubng[protected])
Due to this your bank mistake i lost the cibil score and i applied for personal loan the same loan was rejected due less cibil score

The less cibil is because of auto loan improper install payments.

Please do the need ful as early as possible.
