I need to bring this information to your notice that unauthorized construction without the permission of any JDA/MCD has been done By Mr. Kapil Kumar Gupta on plot no.16, Alpana Colony, Khatipura flyover ke pass, Jhotwara, 302012. which is a Common walkway, the said plot no. The resident has made a permanent wall of brick and cement three feet high and a Four-foot long (H 3 *C 1 *L 40) on the common walkway, causing inconvenience to all the visitors of the colony. Due to the not available garden in the colony, the children of nearby houses also play in the same, and the movement of vehicles in the residential colony is also more. . Due to the parking of vehicles coming to the colony, it has become difficult to enter the house. So I request you to please try to remove this unauthorized construction.
