[Resolved]  Randstad — Worst Behaviour of the Attender.

Hi Sir\Madam, This complaint is with regards to the behaviour of the Attender who attended us in ESI Dispensary in Chamarajpet - Bangalore 560018. While we had an requirement of some medicine we went there as we are new to ESI We do not know all these formalities. As it was an urgency we went there and asked for medicine with the discharge summary in which the names of the medicine had been written, the person may be his name is Ashok who gives double slip at the Enterance asked to get 100pg book with family photo fixed in it that to in very bad manner and we also made ourselves and requested for this time after noticing the ESI Card he started Throwing that into our face and scolded in bad words and then when we started scolding again he came us to beat and he beated us and was pulling us to one room for torturing us and hand overing to police. We agree with all these formalities but the question is why did he misbehaved in such a worst manner it's really unforgetable. Note: It's a Kind request to you please do take some action against him for such behaviour as this should not be repeated again to any other Innocent folk/people. Thanks and Regards Zia Ur Rehman
