Dear All,
I would like to bring to the attention of all consumers - please do not invest in GHAR HO TOH AISA (Apne Dam par). Rashmi Housing Pvt. Ltd. Naigaon.
They are fraud, they do not deliver the handover on time. The RERA deadlines are not met. Their staff - Ms. Sharmila (is rude and mannerless.
Their boss Mr. Ashok Bosmiya ([protected]@gmail.com) or [protected] - promises one thing and then does the complete opposite. Two years ago he promised to give me the flat at 15.75 Lacs and now wants 4.5 lacs additional, when I raised a compaint, he wants to refund my amount paid since 2016 in the same rate without interest and their refunds never come on time, They always delay the payments.
So please do not invest in such a fraud builder who will never pay you the money back and only give false and fake promises.
I will file a complaint against their staff and their management for this.
Kindly assist with this as Mr. Ashok Bosmiya is not keeping his word and his staff Ms. Sharmila is playing smart, and rude.
