However, when the delivery executive tried delivering the product yesterday, the delivery package contained just 1 quantity of another product for 799/-. Also the the payment mode stated that it was a Cash on Delivery. I explained to the delivery exec that it was an online cash payment and not a cash on delivery He refused to give me the product inspite of me providing him the proof of online cash payment above

Extremely disappointed and frustrated. would request that you please refund the amount.
