Ration Card — Applied for a new ration card but not received

Hello, I have applied new ration card 18 month before but still i am not get the card i visited to taluk office more then twenty times their saying always ready made answer that in processing i dont know where can i complaint to whom pls help me to get the ration card earlier acknowledgment no : L.36 ackknowledgement given date :06/02/2014 applicant name:kumar s/o elumalai, 3/169, main street, valarkundram village, thiruporur taluk, chengalpat, kancheepuram. deletion on name of old ration card on 10/06/2013 thanks
