Ration Card — did not received my new ration card still.

hey sir, for my mother i applied for a new ration card on NOV 2014 but still i have not received any confirmation about this that when i will get my new ration card. I'm in Tamil nadu near trichy... I applied for a ration card on November 2014 for new card but still we didn't receive that new ration card...
