[Resolved]  Ravi Group - Builders — Forcing to Purchase Illegal Open Parking

We had booked a flat in Gaurav valley Aster in 2009. We have been suffering since then. After paying 15% of the amount we were been informed by the builder that they have sold our flat to some other party. We were really stunned.They requested us to book another flat in the same building, Unfortunately we booked another flat in the same building. That was our great mistake. During the time of booking the plan for building was 7 storey. Then suddenly we were informed that they are building it to 16 storey and the area of the house would increase and cost of the house would also increase.. We agreed that as well and we were making the regular payment. Then suddenly the construction work was stand still because they had built the illegal floors.From 10th to 16th floor was illegal, so Municipal co.demolished those floors. Till now we have not got our flat. The main Shocking thing is they are asking lakhs for open parking that too without agreement and registration of the parking area. If we do not pay that amount we will not get our Flat. Its really strange, every human being takes their decision according to their budget. We are really scared now. We do not have so much of money.During a meeting with Gaurav shah, he told us that if we cannot pay the amount then leave the flat.How can we leave the flat, We have been waiting from last 6 years. So much of money we have already paid. Its time for possession and now they are saying to leave the flat. We have no idea what will be the conclusion. Why did we book a flat with ravi group. They are such a fraud builder.
