This is to inform you that i am the residing of block no:-03, khichri pur delhi-110091. There is a misuse of the government property in block no-03 khichri pur delhi-91, they seems to be own place in front of house who is living on road side. A person who is living at 3/71-72, khichri pur delhi-91 on the road side, he installed a tea stall on the opposite of your own house and put the garbage in the drain. There is a large number of crowd gathered on the shop whole day they abuse each other if some other residing prevent them to do so they quarrel with him. A person who is living at 3/74, khichri pur delhi-91 he installed a horse home and covered a large area so that he can put his horse and a hand cart and some clay pots they takes drink and play gamble whole day but he has no any licence/permission and authority from the government department to have the horse on the road some time he leave the horse freely on the road. The drains never be clean due to collecting the material like bunch of wood, shop of clay pots, a tea stall and a hut on the drain slab.
I request you to kindly clean the drain side area and remove the horse home and a tea stall so that we might save many diseases. You must take necessary action earliest. I shall be highly oblige to you.
