Razorpay — Amount debited from my savings account but not credited to National pension scheme account

I made a transaction in NPS app to add 39000Rs as contribution to tier I service. The razorpay gateway says
transaction failed but money got debited from my Google pay account and transaction in Google pay is Success UPI
TRANSACTION ID is[protected] and the Google transaction ID is CICAgJDkpsHeTA

Transaction date : 28th August, 2022
