Razorpay — Mode of Operation

I have a complaint against Razorpay.

They called me for KYC and I missed their call somehow. Now the buggers want me to write a 10, 000 word essay on why I closed my business.

They restricted my access to my account in their website and held back my refund and not clearing my payment.

Why the Government of India is allowing such company to operate in India? Why no action has been taken against them so far? I can see hundreds of complaints are being made by consumers every day against this bogus organisation.
