[Resolved]  Razorpay — money deducted but order is unsuccessful

Hi,
Please don't play fraud games with customers. I am seriously unhappy about razorpay because i have selected an item on kraftly and tried to order it through netbanking on 25th june 2018. While making payment, my money rs 429 was deducted from account through razorpay payment gateway but order was unsuccessful. This is my payment ref no[protected]. Plz do check and refund my money as soon as possible.
