Our records indicate that the merchant has already shared the proof of service, hence we are unable to initiate the refund for the same.
We request you to kindly connect with the merchant, in case no response is received. Please file a chargeback through your bank for the amount to be refunded as they have the authority to do so.

Steps:
Visit your bank’s nearest branch and ask for a chargeback form.
Kindly keep a copy of the debit statement of this particular transaction while going to the bank.
Kindly fill in all the details and submit them to the chargeback department.
You may submit your bank statement as proof for the debit, stating "Money has been debited from my account and I have not received services/product and not got a refund".
If you do not receive any satisfactory resolution/response from your issuing bank we request you to kindly raise the concern with the Nodal officer of your respective bank to get your issue resolved.
Please note: A bank's customer care shall not be helpful. You would have to contact the Dispute/Chargeback team.
