Razorpay — tried to book irctc train ticket but transaction is failed and money is deducted from my account

I tried to book my ticket in irctc app but transaction is failed and money is deducted in BHIM app showing Razor pay status approved. And not get my money back into my BHIM account. The amount deducted in my account is 1305 rupees and bank is not responding for this issue. So please see this and kindly refund my money to my BHIM upi account. And I contact bank there is no response.
