Razorpay — Withdraw

I am the new user of RAZORPAY app, i am deposited 7000 in it with my business costomers, i am unable to complete kyc in this app, soo i raised a request for withdraw but they are not accepting withdraw without kyc, question is why they accept payments without kyc plaz help me from this, my money got struck in that MY REGISTERED NUMBER [protected]
