They sent email for increase the credit limit. After that I have used the card for some more transaction. After swapping the card, Got alert for Over Limit charges. I have sent email to customer support, on what basis they allowed to access over limit . Its 15 days over, no one is responding my email. I have tried to call customer care, there is no option to speak to relation ship manager or customer care agent. Netbanking is soo poor, where doesn't have any compose email.
