[Resolved]  Reader's Digest — issues with new subscription package delivery

We opted for the 2 years subscription (4th march2019), on reader's digest website and paid online.

We are very unhappy with the reader's digest subscription this time.

For the subscription copies, it took alot of efforts from me in chasing them.
We cannot reach them over customer care phone number easily.
Takes min 30mins to connect to executive and mainly its not sure you will be successful connected every time.
After multiple follow ups over phone and emails, finally they responded over email end of april around 23rd.
* that too with a twist of old dated subscription (Any one can understand it is just to flush off the left over old copies in your warehouse).

We got the subscriptions copies for may & june and now again, we did not receive the july copy.

* and importantly, its almost 5 months now, still we did not receive our free gift (Bluetooth music cube) which is offered with 2 years subscription package.

Overall, we are fed up with this process and do not want to go over it again and again.

So, i sent an email today, just cancel the subscription and return our money
Back. Not sure what would be next.

I am waiting long time for my subscription order but order not reach at my home why are you so late and mony deduct automatically from my credit card account so I am unhappy ur service.So I want refund my money.my charge amount 1299/-deduct from my credit card account this dt.5/sep/2019 pls refund my money and cancel my subscription.

we had sent application for a two year subscription and remitted the amount by online. But we did not get any reply from you yet. We hope you will sent the books and the gift bluetooth speaker as soon as possible.

Sir had taken Reader Digest subscription for two years. But the books are not being delivered to my address regularly. They have taken the subscription amount and are totally irresponsible in their delivery of books.
I am also going through the same. Wonder how come such a renowned company act like this with their customers. Definitely, my image of this company has turned upside down.
