I have Purchased a Plot (30 X 50 ft) 1500 sq ft from Phoenix Dev con pvt. ltd. Indore and done the registry and name transfer everything in 2010 but till date they do not provided allotment of that plot. People had complaint many time for that company but till now no action done by Indore police. The owner of that company Ritesh (Champu) Ajmera has cheated many peoples and police is getting many complaints but no action done till date against him due to politician supports.
