Real Mazon India Limited — Payment invoice not received

I, Biswaranjan Parida, have applied for HSRP on dt.[protected] at 11.20pm. My vehicle no is- OR -05AL- 2320, Odisha. The payment was successful on dt.[protected] but I did not get any kind of information about the concerned online payment. I have mailed them many times and tried to contact with help line number but it was in vain.

Error popped-up after the payment was made, I did not received any further details from either vendor or Realmazon information about the date and time for updating the HSRP.

Amount Paid- Rs. 355.46

Kindly refund above mention amount (Rs. 355.46) to my bank account.
