Realme (india) — Realme 7

I am middle class boy who is bought realme 7 at 13th September 2020 around 14999/- . I have discovered that the phone had to the following problems.

1) Phone has randomly switch off although battery is not dead or full.

2) All sensors is not working

3) when we records a video 1080p/30fps...its shows green screen

**As you are in breach of contract I am entitled to have the phone [repaired/replaced or refunded] and I would request that you confirm that you will do this within the next 14 days
