I purchased a Realme Smart TV Black(43'') product from its supplier, Suresh-1936, VM Retails, Ground Floor, 64/4/2 and 64/5/1 Nearby Mundka Industrial Area, Mudka, Main Rohtak Road, New Delhi-41 on 29th July, 2020. Due to display panel issues, I called Realme customer service, they came, took the TV and promised that we’ll be returned your TV within 4-6 days after repairing but it’s now almost 20-25 days passed they all failed to delivery my TV on time. Now, yesterday 13th October, 2020 a Service Engineer came and installed my TV but I shocked when I saw its poor qualities of screen and others parts, it’s a horrible experience for me & my family. Realme is a prestigious company worldwide and famous for qualities service and parts but these types of mistakes and behaviours will be damaged the image of Realme Company. Please help him and try to exchange my TV or refund my amount asa
