Hi Team, I bought a Realme 108cm (43 inch) Full HD LED Smart Android TV along with "Complete TV Protection (3 years)" from Flipkart with Order Date: 17th-Oct'20 and Order ID: OD[protected]. First Replacement : Dated 02nd-Nov'20 With in 1 month, I had to report for the faulty TV due to poor sound quality and then Requested to exchange of Newly bought Television in the expectation that New piece would be better. I was wrong. Second Replacement : Dated 17th-Feb'21 Again, I had to go for Complaint of RealMe TV, and this time was "screen issue". Black spots/patches (Cloudy type) were visible on all over the screen. Engineer came and replaced my TV twice in 4 Months. I requested for Full Refund that time as well but Executive decline. Since mid of May'21, I shocked again when I saw its poor qualities of screen on 3rd RealMe Android television, Black spots/patches (Cloudy type) were visible again on all over the screen. What should I do now? It’s a horrible experience for me & my family. Realme is a prestigious company worldwide and famous for qualities service but these types of mistakes and behaviours will be damaged the image of Realme Company. I have gone for exchange your product twice, hence tested your 3 Televisions in a span of 6 months, so Replacement is not the solution, I need Full Refund. I am exceedingly displeased with both the quality of the product I purchased from your company as well as the poor service I have received since. Was this information helpful? | |
