Recall Techno Estate Pvt Ltd — Amount not refund

I have uploaded my resume on internet and so i have got call from recall tehno estate pvt ltd .
They first told me to pay 2400 for registration and then they ask me to pay 6900 rs more and said that i'll get the job . i have paid that amount and then they told me to pay 12, 500 /- more and said that it will the final amount and my job is confirmed in HCL .
So i also paid that but now they are asking me to pay 10, 000 more and they told me that all the amount will be refundable if i not get the job or if i will not do it .
But now when i ask them to refund my amount they are not doing it .

so please help me . i m a student and i arranged that amount from my friends and therefore now i m in big problem . So help me...
