Rechargecube — Amount debit from account but recharged not completed

I have recharged 365 Rupess in my mobile on 22nd Oct- 2020 through www.bsnl.rechargecube.in . But unfortunately my Mobile no has not yet completed the recharged and not extent the validity.Transsaction reference no.[protected] and naration of transaction is kqqhs5mjan42nogei PAYURECHARGECUBE.

I need either recharge it by tomorrow 12 noon or refund me the total amout 384 ( including GST) rupees.
